In 1988, Australia celebrated its bicentenary by transforming this derelict industrial waterfront into a glittering entertainment precinct. What was once a container port and railway yards became Darling Harbour—home to SEA LIFE Aquarium, WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo, and the Australian National Maritime Museum. Hollywood noticed too: Mighty Morphin Power Rangers filmed here.
