How Chrono-Map handles basic visitor data, support requests, and third-party service data needed to operate the site.
Chrono-Map is designed as a low-friction public website. We do not currently require user accounts to browse the site, and we aim to limit personal data collection to what is reasonably necessary to operate and improve the service.

If you contact us directly, we may receive your name, email address, message content, and any files or references you choose to provide.
We use limited data to deliver the website, maintain stability, understand broad usage patterns, reply to legitimate inquiries, investigate abuse, and improve content quality.
Chrono-Map relies on third-party providers such as hosting services and map infrastructure. Those providers may process technical request data as part of serving content and map assets.
If optional analytics or additional integrations are enabled in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect that change.
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Where applicable, you may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting hello@chrono-map.com.
